How we Designed the 2011 Summer (Off Season) Program and Kelly Starrett

In the last few weeks we have been posting a ton of video for BodyByBoyle Online Members. Just a few weeks ago we posted a 90 minute in service seminar from Kelly Starret of MobilityWOD.

As of late we have also been posting the staff meetings leading up to the summer session that breakdown the how and why of every aspect of the summer program. If you didn’t know, the summer program is basically our off season program to achieve maximum results in about 12 weeks.

In the meetings you will also get to sit in on the debates on exercises selection, speed drills, mobility, medball work, etc. Afterwards you will really see the ins and outs of what we do at MBSC. So sit back, pop open a protein shake and soak in all of the info.
